Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

Reports To: Director, Sales Operations

Work Hours: M-F 9-5pm

(March 11, 2010)

Summary:

Provide administrative support to Sr. VP of Sales, CEO and Director of Sales Operations.

Duties include correspondence, general clerical, receptionist back-up, support to beverage innovation team, and project-based work.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support such as preparing correspondence, presentations, record-keeping, reports, typing, filing, and appointments

- Set up and coordinate meetings and conference calls

- Utilize internal software systems to assist in day-to-day sales functions

- Support beverage innovation team, including assisting in organizing and maintaining Flavor Café, running errands, assisting with customer visits, and other assigned tasks

- Back-up for front desk/receptionist

- Support executives in assigned project-based work

- Other duties as assigned

- Communicate with office in France when necessary

Skills Required:

- Takes direction and completes assignments from multiple superiors with ease, accuracy and within given deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Able to handle multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously

- Works well under pressure, able to handle last minute requests seamlessly

- Effectively handles cross-functional tasks and projects

- Ability to effectively prioritize workload

- Deadline-oriented

- Self-starter; works well with little to no supervision

- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds

- Bar, full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred

- Fluent in verbal and written French

Position: Marketing Product Manager

Education: Bachelors Degree

Experience: 4-6 years experience in marketing or other communication disciplines. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management and work with the creative department within a fast paced team oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Bottle Labels

-update existing flavors when necessary

-prepare labels for new product

-Ensure label accuracy

-Work with QC and Beverage Innovation Directors for label components

-Work with creative for illustrations and artwork

• Prepare new product fact sheets for distribution to sales when a new product is launched

• Interact with sales team to address customer needs

• Work with sales to develop customer labels

• Function as an integral part of the marketing department

-Attend staff meetings

-Contribute ideas to projects and team

-Work with peers and share responsibilities beyond “normal” scope when required

• Write newsletters, and copy for sales literature

• Monitor and oversee website

• Communicate with corporate office in France on a regular basis to discuss global issues and provide updates

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in reading speaking and writing French

• Self starter working under minimal daily supervision

• Detail oriented in a mistake free environment

Computer Skills:

• All Microsoft platforms

Currently, for our Reservation Sales Representative position, we are seeking qualified people to create a memorable experience for our customers by answering their calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner while meeting all Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements. In order to be offered employment with Delta Air Lines, you must successfully complete a required 4-week training course, followed by 1 week of on-the-job assistance. The starting pay for this position is $1,611.60/month, equivalent to $9.31 per hour. Provided you are meeting job performance expectations, you can be awarded salary increases at 6 months, 1 year, 1 and a half years and then annually through your completion of 10 and a half years of service. This position is full-time. After completing training, you will be assigned a shift and days off based on our operational needs (typically a PM shift with midweek days off). This position will require you to work every weekend while in training. We are open 365 days a year, including holidays. Right now we are only recruiting for FULL-TIME positions.
